At The Giving Plate, we want to help bring Hope to the Holidays.

Our 2022 Jingle Store had 850 children in attendance.

The Jingle Store is our annual, free community event where kids can come and “shop” for gifts to give to those they love. The event was held at the Riverhouse in Bend, Oregon, on December 17th & 18th. Each child 2-17 received $10 in Jingle Bucks to use to “shop” for gifts to give to those they love. Gift wrapping was available for kids to have their presents wrapped before going home.

Thanks to our community, we welcomed over 500 children through our inaugural Santa’s Plate experience. This event helps raise funding for our free community event The Jingle Store. This year, four families were chosen for a "Jingle Christmas Makeover" - an opportunity to receive $2,500 in Christmas blessings from local groups, families, and organizations in our community.

Children were able to interact with snowy princesses, Buddy the Elf, Frozen Friends, Santa and his helpers, snowmen, and so much more! They were able to shop for sweets in a magical gingerbread house, where they were welcomed by gumdrops and icing. Lastly, they entered Candy Cane Lane Toy Store, where they were surrounded by fun shopping and surprises galore!
