YOUR DONATIONS AT WORK!

After eleven years of serving the Central Oregon community, on August 17, 2021, The Giving Plate closed on a loan and now owns its very first building! Thanks to our generous community, on October 26th, 2022, we were fortunate to pay off the loan and return to being a debt-free organization. In early 2024, we will be opening our central distribution center in this new space and will have a separate storefront where our guests, young and old, can come and shop with dignity. Ninety percent of those The Giving Plate serves are our housed neighbors, and we are committed to ensuring our hardworking neighbors stay housed and have a space to come for help and hope that offers an experience similar to going to the grocery store. Together, we will bring this to our community.
